Headquartered in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, Genesis Healthcare Inc. comprises one of the nation's largest post-acute care providers with approximately 400 skilled nursing centers and senior living communities in 30 states nationwide.


Genesis Rehab Services supplies rehabilitation therapy to approximately 1,200 locations in 46 states and the District of Columbia with an additional 75 locations, where outpatient therapy is provided in the patient's home and community through the Vitality to You business line.

HCR ManorCare is located in Toledo, Ohio. They are in 22 states with over 362 facilities for skilled nursing, outpatient rehabilitation, memory care, home health care, and hospice care. They were recently acquired by ProMedica and are now the 15th largest healthcare system in the nation.

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. is the leading operator of senior living communities throughout the United States. The Company operates 715 assisted living facilities, 185 independent facilities, 456 Alzheimer’s and dementia units, and 63 skilled nursing facilities/rehabilitation centers. Their corporate office is in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services:

Visiting Angels is the nation’s leading provider of in-home senior care. They began franchising in 1998 in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. Today, Visiting Angels has more than 600 private duty agencies located in 49 states.
